Chewies are made of a soft spongy hygienic plastic material. They are used to help seat clear dental aligners on the teeth. A tightly and correctly seated dental aligner makes the straightening process work faster as the teeth are forced in place from the composite buttons. So chewies aid in making the teeth become straighter and to make the process take less time. Chewies can be reused various times, but they must be kept clean when not in use. Our chewies have a light mint flavor.
