The Pocket Care makes irrigating deep periodontal pockets (below the gum line) fast and easy. It’s a hand-held, 1/2 oz. squeeze bottle with a very thin tip that slides easily between the tooth and gums to the full depth of even the deepest periodontal pockets, places that ordinary tips can’t reach. It’s available in 3 tip sizes: 21 Ga. (largest), 24 Ga. and 27 Ga. (smallest). This model has the largest tip (21 Ga.). It delivers the greatest amount of irrigating solution and is best for irrigating very deep pockets. Side-Port means that the exit hole is 1 mm from the end of the tip Inexpensive and affordable. Can be used with any liquid dental rinse such as TheraSol. The squeeze bottle design allows you to control exactly how much solution is used. Squeeze gently when only a little irrigant is needed. Squeeze hard to flush out food debris. If you have many periodontal pockets, we recommend using the Cannula Adaptor Kit that’s optionally available for the powered Viajet counter-top oral irrigator. It allows the same Pocket Care tips to be used with the Viajet irrigator.
